Dirigent Acoustics Takes Leadership to the Next Level
We’re thrilled to share that Dirigent Acoustics was part of the Build2Lead program, a transformative leadership development initiative held over four intense weeks. The program brought together leaders from 10 companies, helping them enhance their communication, team management, and leadership skills amidst the challenges of rapid growth.
Through hands-on learning and personalized guidance, our team Mirjana Mihajlovic and Milica Raickovic Dirigent Acoustics, along with participants from other innovative companies, gained invaluable insights into managing diverse personalities and stepping up as leaders in the face of increasing complexity in the workplace.
The practical approach and real-world examples allowed Dirigent Acoustics to immediately apply what was learned, enhancing both individual and team performance.
