Milica Raičković
Head of Acoustics
Milica Raičković received her Master of Science degree at the Department of audio-video technologies at the School of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade in 2014. She worked at Radio Belgrade as an audio engineer, responsible for the digitalization of the Master Control Room, working on planning, implementation, and putting the system in operation.
Since 2015 she is with Dirigent Acoustics, where she has been working on research and commercial projects related to acoustics and noise control. Her primary responsibility was noise and vibration mitigation measures, sound insulation, acoustic design, noise-related strategic planning documents. She is an expert in noise control, room acoustics and sound insulation, highly skilled in noise modelling, noise calculations and generating noise maps, and a skilled communicator and project coordinator. Her experience includes her working on Noise Action Plans and Strategic Noise Mapping for 834 km of major roads in Serbia, noise control projects for heating plants in Belgrade and Novi Sad, noise control and sound insulation projects for residential complexes such as K-District and Zemunske Kapije, noise measurements, sound insulation and acoustic design projects for Nikola Tesla Airport Belgrade, sound insulation projects for the new RTV building in Novi Sad, sound insulation for the New music and ballet school “Isidor Bajić” with the concert hall in Novi Sad, sound insulation projects for hotels and holiday resorts such as Ritz Carlton Montrose project, Mama Shelter Belgrade and many more.
